‘Making every customer’s connection matter’ 2017 has been a bumper year for Codex Office Solutions, reviewing the sales numbers and the activity from the year at their annual sales conference Siobhan O’Connor Managing Director took time out to recap on the remarkable twelve months.

Siobhan highlighted the growth categories and new business implemented in 2017. A special mention was given to the Government Contract which was successfully implemented in June 2017.
The year culminated with Codex Office Solutions receiving a number of awards in recognition of their 2017 achievements.
Codex secured the BOSS dealer excellence award for UK & Ireland which was received in London in October and the Public-Sector award for best office supplier presented in November.

Codex have also been shortlisted for an OPI European office supplier award, this event will take place in Amsterdam in March. Kicking off plans for 2018, O’Connor stressed that Codex will continue to march on into 2018 and that this year’s strategy focuses on ‘making every customer’s connection matter’. On reviewing the activity from 2017 and the growth seen across Print & Design, Facilities Management & Interiors it shows that connecting with the customers really matters in helping to achieve a good service and continued growth.
Codex and Portwest
Codex also took the opportunity to roll out its new Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) catalogue and are delighted to partner with another great Irish Company Portwest to offer a full range of products for the workplace that cover from head to toe. Siobhan closed the conference by congratulating the whole company on the great results of 2017, recognizing that these results are attributed to the Customer being at the Heart of the Codex Business Every Time!
