Investing in service, staff and systems has always been a priority for Codex, seeking new out new technologies and opportunities with the aim of becoming a leader in all aspects of our business. Codex are conscious that it is only by investing in services and solutions that we can grow and improve our offering to customers.
With this in mind we are delighted to have undertaken several initiatives this year to improve our service and the ranges of service that we offer:
New Warehouse Management System
Partnering with a local Irish startup, HQ software, Codex is proud to have implemented a state of the Warehouse Management system that gives us and our customers complete control throughout the supply chain. Using the latest technology, the new system gives us direct access to over 30,000 products and will ensure that the level of service our customers receive is second to none. We have also added four new 171D vans to our fleet, increasing our capacity for nationwide coverage.
Online Ordering System: Easyorder Redesign
We have reviewed the design and layout of our online ordering platform “easyorder” which will give our online users an improved user experience. This new design will be implemented on the 22th of May and will bring the benefits of our customers such as:
- Mobile friendly
- New one click catalogue searching
- Expanded marketing content for products
Existing users’ history, pricing and settings will not change and the ordering process will mirror what was previously in place. If you would like further information or would like to schedule a demonstration please do not hesitate to give us a call: +353 (1) 88 22 082 or drop us an email on: [email protected]
