Codex's Head of Marketing, Emily McKenzie and HR Business Partner, Aisling Murray, received the Great Place to Work Ambassadors award at Ireland’s Best Workplaces Awards event on Wednesday, the 22nd of February 2023 at the Burlington Hotel in Dublin. 

The award honours those who help their organisation become a Great Place to Work by implementing the Great Place to Work methodology.

Highlighting both Emily and Aisling's dedication to making Codex a Great Place to Work, Great Place to Work explained:

"Increasingly important in the journey is understanding data and crafting a story that delivers for people and the business. This works best when HR and marketing work in concert with each other.

Aisling Murray, HR director and Emily McKenzie, head of marketing, do just that. They have played central roles in codifying, articulating, and branding Dublin-based Codex's culture and employee experience journey. We at Great Place to Work thank Aisling and Emily for contributing to the Great Place to Work network and look forward to seeing how they flourish even further in this role."

Accepting the award on the night on behalf of both her and Aisling, Emily said:
