Codex and AsIAm Partnership Logos

Through our partnership with AsIAm, Ireland’s leading Autism charity, we are helping businesses better understand Autism to create more inclusive workspaces that truly support neurodivergent employees. By combining our expertise in workplace solutions with AsIAm’s invaluable insights, we aim to empower companies to build workplaces where everyone can thrive.

Codex & Asiam Partnership

United by our shared values, we have joined forces with AsIAm in 2025 to drive meaningful change across Irish workplaces. This partnership will see our two organisations working towards the acceptance of Autistic and neurodivergent employees in Irish organisations while helping to foster a more inclusive working environment.

we’re actively listening

To ensure that the voices and opinions of neurodivergent employees have been actively heard and solicited, Codex conducted a survey among more than 200 neurodivergent employees who are in full-time employment in Ireland and the UK. The 50+ question survey looked to better understand current workplace challenges and proposed solutions. When it comes to workplace challenges, the research found that:

67%

of respondents struggle with sound at work

56%

of respondents struggle with lighting in the office

55%

of respondents struggle with social interaction

42%

of respondents struggle with sensory processing in the workplace

Codex’s full findings and report will be shared later this year, and the feedback is being factored into the current product development we are working on with AsIAm.
