Warranty Codex provides a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the invoice date. Electrical components, lighting, and ventilation are covered for 2 years, and sensors for 1 year. The warranty includes repair or replacement of faulty parts (excluding transport costs). It does not cover custom products, normal wear and tear, fabric staining, or damage caused by misuse, negligence, or accidents. The warranty is void if the unit is not used under normal conditions or if it is disassembled and reassembled.
