About Our Designs
We know that that the decision to change the layout of your work space can be difficult at times, but with our 3D planner and our in-house Office Interiors Design team, we hope that we can inspire you and help you visualise your new space before work has even begun.
Struggling for inspiration? That’s okay too! With over 50 years’ experience between them, our Office Interiors Design team have seen it all and can make recommendations based on the size, shape and culture of your company.
Our goal is simple: To provide photo-realistic images of the interior space enabling you to view your designs as they exist in the real world. We use industry standard global illumination techniques to achieve realistic lighting and create bespoke textures resulting in beautiful images that truly reflect your interior designs.
We achieve 3d photo-realism by carefully populating the interior scene with accurately constructed furniture, interior decor and appliances. We have a vast collection of such items allowing us to reduce time and costs.
We provide a physical collage of ideas including photography, designs or illustrations, colour palettes, textures, descriptive words and anything that helps the client define the direction of the project.
They offer an idea of what the finished product will look like, allowing everyone involved to agree on a direction before too much work is done. It also helps avoid any misunderstandings that may result from trying to describe a design concept verbally.
We help customers to easily visualise and conceptualise their requirements in the design of their offices in 3 dimensions. We can transform your floor plans into top-quality vivid visualizations. We believe in the emotional and commercial focal point of a client’s decision of investing or investing any work space environment.
Our 3D Models offer quality visualisations with realistic results in floor plans and presentations for custom-built experience. They help to understand how the space can be customised, speeding up the decision-making process.
These drawings are presented in the form of Floor Plans and Elevations. They are produced to create and edit technical drawings, as well as annotate designs. We use CAD as part of our Space Planning services to develop floor plans according to building regulations, refine concepts, sketch technical drawings and share our planning ideas to clients.
Our Office space planning methods are used to design and arrange office layouts so that staff can work together in departmental and team groupings, providing the best opportunity for efficient work flow, communication and supervision.
