Continuing Our Partnership with AsIAm – And Growing Thrive Even Further

We’re really proud to share that we’re continuing our partnership with AsIAm for 2026.

Over the past year, we’ve been on a journey to better understand what neuroinclusive workplaces should look like in practice, not just in theory. That journey started with listening. We surveyed over 220 neurodivergent employees across Ireland and the UK to learn more about the real challenges people face day to day at work.

From that, we published our Neurodiversity in the Workplace report, and it quickly became clear that there was a gap between awareness and action. So, together with AsIAm, we set out to address that gap and launched Thrive by Codex x AsIAm.

We didn’t want to just talk about inclusion; we wanted to create practical solutions businesses could actually implement. The result was Thrive - a range of products designed to support different sensory and cognitive needs in the workplace.

At the centre of it all is the Balance Booth — our acoustic pod designed to give people control over their environment in busy office spaces.

But Thrive doesn’t stop there. We’ve also introduced a wider range of solutions, from sensory-friendly seating and sit/stand desks to stationery, noise-reducing headphones and fidget tools, all designed to give people more choice in how they work.

Building on Momentum Through Meaningful Collaboration

We officially launched Thrive at the Autism Europe Congress in Dublin last year, and the response has been incredible. What’s been most encouraging isn’t just the interest in the products, it’s the conversations that have followed. That’s why continuing our partnership with AsIAm matters so much.

To mark this exciting step forward, we brought together voices from both organisations, including Codex CEO Patrick Murphy and AsIAm Founder Adam Harris, to reflect on what we’ve learned and where we’re going next. In this short video, they share the thinking behind Thrive, the importance of neuroinclusive design, and how this collaboration is helping turn awareness into real workplace change.

For us, this isn’t a one-off initiative. It’s an ongoing commitment to helping organisations create environments where people feel comfortable, supported, and able to do their best work. And we’re not stopping here. This year, we’re expanding the Thrive range even further, with new additions already landing in our stationery category and more to come across other areas.

Keeping the ‘Thrive at Work’ Conversation Going

One thing we’ve learned through this process is that small changes in the workplace can have a big impact, not just for neurodivergent employees, but for everyone. By rethinking how our workspaces are designed, we can remove barriers, reduce stress, and create more inclusive environments where people feel seen and understood. That’s the goal we’re continuing to work towards with AsIAm.
