A Year of Events, Partnerships & Recognition at Codex
This year was a standout year for Codex, filled with conversations, connections, and moments we’re genuinely proud of. From major business networking events in Dublin to eCommerce and workplace culture conferences across Ireland and the UK, we learned a lot, met inspiring people, and introduced fresh ideas to how we work. A key theme throughout the year was neuroinclusion, strengthened through our partnerships, sponsorships, and our own flagship Neuroinclusion in the Workplace event.
Here’s a recap of the events, awards, and highlights that shaped our year:
1. DUBLIN CHAMBER EVENT
26 FEBRUARY 2025 | INTERCONTINENTAL DUBLIN
We kicked off the year with Dublin Chamber’s AGM Dinner in February, a standout evening that marked the inauguration of the new Chamber President and brought together hundreds of Dublin businesses to connect, share perspectives, and hear from high-profile speakers.
The conversations were wide-ranging and genuinely engaging, covering topics such as Dublin’s economic growth and infrastructure, as well as AI and entrepreneurship. We also had the opportunity to hear directly from Taoiseach Micheál Martin, Dublin Chamber President Eoghan Quigley, Noel Anderson, Carol Murphy, and Dublin Chamber CEO Mary Rose Burke, who shared their insights on the night.

2. GUARANTEED IRISH BUSINESS AWARDS
20 MARCH 2025 | THE ROUND ROOM, THE MANSION HOUSE
In March, we attended the Guaranteed Irish Business Awards in the iconic Round Room at The Mansion House, celebrating the strength and ambition of Irish businesses. We were especially proud that Codex was shortlisted for three awards, and it was great to see the range of organisations being recognised for sustainability, innovation, and local impact.

3. ASIAM – SAME CHANCE REPORT 2025 LAUNCH
2 APRIL 2025 | RCSI
We attended the launch of AsIAm’s Same Chance Report 2025 at RCSI on World Autism Day. The report highlighted the growing challenges facing Autistic people and their families in Ireland, including the decline in access to essential supports and services.
A few moments stood out: Adam Harris, CEO of AsIAm, shared key findings while keeping the focus on lived experiences, and a panel of Autistic individuals spoke about their journeys from childhood through to their professional lives. Michael Carrigy, TD, also discussed the need for stronger legislative support and more inclusive educational pathways.
Overall, the event reinforced something we believe strongly: when you combine evidence with human stories, you create momentum for meaningful action.

4. IBEC EMPLOYMENT LAW CONFERENCE 2025
10 APRIL 2025 | DUBLIN ROYAL CONVENTION CENTRE
April also brought the IBEC Employment Law Conference, centred on the theme “Bridging Generations: Managing a Multi-Generational Workforce.” It was a really valuable day for getting up to speed on employment law updates and the practical implications for employers.
Key takeaways included updates on employment law, practical insights on retirement and pensions, and clear guidance on preparing for auto-enrolment. The real-life case law examples made the sessions feel especially relevant, and the panel discussion on managing today’s workforce was a standout.

5. TNP BY NODE4 (USER DAY 2025)
30 APRIL 2025 | EAST MIDLANDS CONFERENCE CENTRE
Our teams across eCommerce, IT, Sales and Finance attended Node4’s TNP User Day at the East Midlands Conference Centre. IRX is one of the key eCommerce events in the calendar, and this year’s event was a standout — not just for the networking and insights, but for a proud Codex milestone on stage.
Ricardo Giacovazzi, Digital Transformation Manager at Codex, spoke at the IRX Conference, exploring how gaining leadership buy-in and implementing a Product Information Management (PIM) system has helped Codex build stronger foundations for growth and drive competitive advantage — particularly within the unique setting of a family-owned business.

8. NEUROINCLUSION IN THE WORKPLACE
11 JUNE 2025 | THE ALEX HOTEL
A major highlight of our year: our Neuroinclusion in the Workplace expert session. We welcomed over 130 professionals to The Alex Hotel for an honest, practical, and inspiring morning focused on neuroinclusion in the workplace. Delivered in partnership with Dublin Chamber and chaired by the brilliant Stefanie Preissner, the session brought together leaders and practitioners for an honest conversation on what neuroinclusion looks like in real workplaces, rooted in lived experience and backed by insight. It focused on what actually works in organisations.
For those who couldn’t attend on the day, we have also compiled a short blog capturing the key takeaways from the expert session.

It was a brilliant evening of insight, connection, and collaboration with the Dublin Chamber community.

We had an incredible few days at the 14th Autism-Europe International Congress in Dublin, and we were delighted to support it as premier sponsors. 3. PRIVATE PRACTITIONERS NETWORKING SUMMIT
20 SEPTEMBER 2025 | GUINNESS ENTERPRISE CENTRE
Codex was announced as the official sponsor of the first-ever Private Practitioners Networking Summit, hosted by Radiance Consulting Ltd. and Way Ahead Therapy, in September. It was a refreshing and insightful event, bringing together a community of practitioners to share experiences, learn from one another, and discuss the future ahead.

4. DELOITTE BEST MANAGED COMPANY AWARDS
25 SEPTEMBER 2025 | RDS
We were proudly recognised as one of Ireland’s Best Managed Companies 2025 at the Deloitte Best Managed Companies Awards in September. We’re especially delighted to have been named on Deloitte Ireland’s Best Managed Companies list for the third year running, a milestone we’re incredibly proud of.
This recognition highlights businesses that stand out across strategy, innovation, culture, capability and governance. For us, it’s a reflection of the people who make Codex what it is every day — their dedication, teamwork and energy are at the heart of everything we do.
A big thank you to Deloitte for this honour, and congratulations to all the other award winners!

27 NOVEMBER 2025 | LINKEDIN
We closed out 2025 by joining Employers for Change at LinkedIn’s Dublin office for an International Day of Persons with Disabilities event, centred on “Leading the change: advancing disability-inclusive workplaces and social progress.”
Our Head of Marketing, Emily Harnett, spoke about Codex’s work on Neuroinclusion in the Workplace and the story behind our Thrive by Codex × AsIAm campaign. The event also included discussions with organisations such as Bank of Ireland, Pobal, and IBEC on how employers can build more disability-inclusive workplaces and remove practical barriers.

This was a year of showing up, learning fast, and sharing what we’re building at Codex, across business, digital transformation, workplace culture, and neuroinclusion. We came away with new ideas, stronger relationships, and plenty of momentum to carry into 2026.
