Discover the surprising office habits of Irish workers with Codex's latest survey, revealing the timeless appeal of the humble pen.

Despite our digital world, 65% of office workers keep up to five pens on their desks, and 30% have more than six. Remarkably, 85% of employees have a favourite pen, with smooth writing and perfect fit being top preferences and black ink reigning supreme.

The survey also uncovers the playful side of office life: 85% have had their pens pinched, and 70% admit to borrowing from colleagues. However, personal food and favourite mugs remain sacred and un-pinchable. Codex celebrated the enduring value of pens recently with an exciting giveaway held in Dublin’s City Centre and a radio competition on SPIN1038 that gave away some fantastic prizes.

Our latest office survey results are featured in ThinkBusiness, and make for some very interesting reading.
