Our CEO's inspiring journey was recently highlighted in The Times, offering a glimpse into his path from studying Biochemistry at Trinity College Dublin to leading Codex with unwavering dedication. With roots in Lucan and a passion for science, Patrick Murphy embarked on a transformative career, transitioning from the science labs to pivotal positions within our company. His educational pursuits, including a part-time MBA at UCD's Smurfit Business School, laid the groundwork for his ascent to Director of Operations and, ultimately, CEO.

Beyond the boardroom, our CEO remains grounded in family values. He cherishes time spent with his wife Karen and daughter Eve and bonds with friends over sports. His leadership philosophy centres on transparency and collaboration, driving Codex's success in a competitive market.
